Moneyport services are provided by locally incorporated group entities, each regulated or applying for regulatory approval in its own jurisdiction. This page sets out those entities, the Board of Directors of the UK headquarters, and the committees through which the group is governed. A non-executive majority, with named areas of oversight

The Board of Directors of the group's UK headquarters in London. The Board sets risk appetite, approves high-risk onboarding, reviews the MLRO's quarterly report and receives the internal audit function directly. Each non-executive director leads one area: cyber security, risk, audit, and nomination and compensation.
