Careers
Build the rail both legs settle on.
Moneyport is a small team building institutional settlement infrastructure - the kind that has to be right every time, readable by a regulator, and running when the markets are. We hire people who take that seriously and enjoy it.
Open roles
No vacancies at present
We are not hiring for any specific role right now.
Moneyport grows at the pace of its licences and corridors, so hiring comes in waves rather than a constant stream. When a role opens it will be listed here first. In the meantime, if you think you belong on a team like this, tell us - we keep speculative applications on file and go back to them before we advertise.
Where we hire
Four disciplines, one product
Every role at Moneyport touches the same settlement: the engineers who orchestrate it, the compliance team that gates it, the product people who connect institutions to it, and the operations team that keeps it running.
Settlement engineering
State-machine orchestration, adapters for RTGS and trigger systems, shared-ledger contracts, ISO 20022 messaging, and the anchoring layer that makes every event verifiable. Correctness first, then throughput.
Financial crime and regulatory
Institutional KYB, sanctions and PEP screening, transaction-monitoring rules, regulator reporting, and the policy work behind licences in more than one jurisdiction. You will sit close to the MLRO.
Product and integration
Taking a bank or payment institution from first conversation to first settlement: API design, integration support, corridor design and the documentation institutions actually read.
Settlement operations
Running the live platform: liquidity queues, reconciliations against safeguarding accounts, incident response, failover exercises and the evidence trail for each of them.
How we work
A two-way promise
Our culture is what a settlement operator needs it to be: careful, direct and collaborative. We have written it down as five pillars - what you can expect from Moneyport, and what we ask of you in return.
We trust you from day one, and it shows in the flexibility you have. You own your work and the decisions inside it - knowing that in a regulated business, "can" does not always mean "should". We believe in your judgement, and we expect you to write it down so others can follow it.
We are a small group of people who look out for each other, as colleagues and as people. We take the time to connect across two offices and several time zones. And we are not afraid to challenge and question each other, respectfully - a settlement that goes wrong is everyone's problem.
Building settlement infrastructure that banks and regulators can rely on is not an easy mission. Every new corridor brings a new settlement system, a new rulebook and a new set of unknowns. Everyone here learns on the job, from each other, and through development we pay for.
We move together or not at all - it is how the product works and how the team works. Engineers, compliance, product and operations solve problems in the same room, because a partial outcome is a bug in a settlement and a bug in a team.
We see a chance to change how cross-border money settles, so we are taking it - carefully. Some days that means rolling up our sleeves on a reconciliation; some days it means being the first operator on a new corridor. It is exhilarating to lead the way, and we do it inside the perimeter.
