Sergey Budnikov

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Sergey Budnikov is Chief Executive Officer of Moneyport. He leads the group's strategic direction, its regulatory positioning and the development of its cross-border settlement infrastructure, and is responsible for regulatory engagement and commercial strategy across the corridors the group serves.

Before Moneyport he served as a director of three FCA-regulated firms - SatchelPay Ltd, Polaris Maritime Network Ltd and World Explorer Ltd (E-Vessel) - giving him first-hand experience of building and running regulated payments businesses in the United Kingdom. His earlier career was in the maritime and energy sectors, where he held directorships at Maritime Solutions Ltd and a series of oil and gas companies between 2000 and 2015.

He is a member of the Institute of Directors, a Freeman of the City of London and a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers.

He studied at the Mikkeli Institute of Business in Finland and at Sunderland University, and completed further study at Durham University in 2025. He is fluent in English, a native Russian speaker and speaks Finnish. He is a British citizen.

Sanjay Agarwala

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Sanjay Matos Agarwala, ACCA, is Chief Financial Officer of Moneyport. He leads the group's finance, treasury and capital planning functions, and is responsible for financial governance, investor readiness and preparing the group's financial architecture for regulatory scrutiny and institutional partnerships.

He has spent most of his career in the payments industry. At Worldpay he was Head of Interchange in Group Finance, having held earlier roles in the same company, and went on to lead pricing, interchange, scheme fees and fee generation at Tyl by NatWest and Pollinate International, where he later became Head of Commercial Finance. He was then Head of Commercial Finance and Data Analytics at Cashflows, and has most recently been a finance consultant in commercial lending at ThinCats.

Earlier he worked in energy-sector M&A at Reynolds Partners, in investment banking analytics at Copal Partners, as a business analyst in consumer finance at Capital One and as a trainee options trader in interest-rate derivatives.

He holds an MA in Economics from Girton College, Cambridge, and qualified with the ACCA in 2014. He is a fluent Portuguese speaker. He is a British citizen.

Jonathan Scott

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Jonathan Scott is Chief Operating Officer of Moneyport. He is responsible for the group's core business operations, regulatory adherence across jurisdictions and operational scalability as its cross-border infrastructure expands.

He has more than two decades of financial-services experience across the United States, the United Kingdom, Luxembourg and Malta, specialising in second-line risk and control functions. Since 2016 he has been Chief Risk Officer of Prestige Fund Management, and from 2016 to 2020 was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer of Prestige Capital Management, running a group of five funds domiciled in Luxembourg, Malta and the Cayman Islands with collective assets of around USD 1 billion. Since 2021 he has also served on the boards of two Luxembourg-domiciled alternative investment funds.

Before that he spent ten years at Credit Suisse - as Vice President in the COO Office of Credit Suisse Asset Management's UK alternative investments business, and earlier as Assistant Vice President in Risk Analytics & Reporting within the CRO division - following credit and derivatives roles at Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas and JP Morgan Chase.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Certificate in International Business from Texas A&M University, where he was a member of the Corps of Cadets and the US Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps. He is a British and US citizen and speaks Russian.

Ehab El Moghrabi

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Ehab El Moghrabi is an experienced Chief Technology Officer with a strong track record in leading technology strategy, innovation and infrastructure development across financial services platforms. At Moneyport he is responsible for driving the company's technology vision, overseeing the development of its tokenised settlement systems, and ensuring the platform's scalability, security and regulatory readiness.

Ehab plays a central role in designing and delivering the architecture behind Moneyport's core infrastructure, including its payment-versus-payment settlement layer, virtual accounts framework and cross-border treasury systems. His work integrates regulatory-grade resilience with agile product innovation, supporting the platform's strategic growth across the corridors the group serves. He leads the group's shared-ledger orchestration, smart-contract development, ISO 20022 orchestration and regulatory technology systems.

In his role as CTO, Ehab is tasked with:

• Defining and communicating the company's technology roadmap;
• Leading the engineering and DevOps teams;
• Ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable and high-performance systems;
• Supporting regulatory compliance through technological enablement.

He is a key contributor to the company's innovation agenda, acting as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy. He is a British citizen.

Max Gustav Kapp

Chief Legal & Governance Officer (CGLO)

Max Gustav Kapp is a solicitor with over twenty years of experience in legal advisory, banking and financial innovation. He brings a deep understanding of regulatory law and corporate governance, with a focus on ensuring compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority's highest regulatory standards, and has advised on FCA and PRA regulatory compliance, AML and financial-crime prevention, and AML/CFT structuring.

His career spans financial services, competition law and regulatory compliance across the United Kingdom, the European Union and the Middle East, providing him with a broad and practical command of cross-jurisdictional legal frameworks. Max has advised on AML and financial-crime prevention in high-risk markets and has overseen governance programmes for FCA-regulated entities, aligning legal strategy with operational objectives.

At Moneyport, Max leads the company's legal, risk and governance functions, including:

• Oversight of legal structuring and shareholder agreements;
• Implementation of AML and financial-crime prevention protocols;
• Management of regulatory disclosures, policies and board compliance.

His proven ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and manage legal risk ensures that Moneyport operates with high integrity and institutional discipline. He is a British and South African citizen.
